InuTeq was established in 2009 to support federal government customers in the areas of information security, enterprise solutions and software development. Headquartered in Greenbelt, Md., InuTeq is a subsidiary of ASRC Federal Holding Company.

ASRC Federal is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation formed under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act. ASRC is owned by approximately 11,000 Iñupiat shareholders and represents their business interests.
